We appreciate that collectors often require a service without refurbishment in order to retain the patina, and our Master Watchmakers always provide the highest quality service, tailored to your requirements.
Watch Servicing
Due to the extensive complexities of luxury watch servicing, we have a team of highly experienced Master Watchmakers who are highly competent in all aspects servicing to ensure that luxury timepieces retain the accuracy that manufacturers recommend. Manufacturers recommend a full service (and renovation back to showroom standards, if required) every 3-5 years.
All services are completed by trained and qualified experts, and benefit from a 2 year guarantee.
Watch Repairs
Our Master Watchmakers are able to repair a variety of watch repairs to address all levels of of performance or cosmetic issues - from small repairs such as replacement crystals through to full diagnostic appraisal and remedial action in order to get the watch performing accurately and looking it's best.
We are able to provide a FREE, non-obligation Estimate and Repair Assessment prior to any work commencing.*

Personal Collection & Return
We appreciate that luxury timepieces often require the personal touch, and our customers often prefer their watches to be collected and returned in person rather than using a postal/courier service.
Our Platinum Door to Door Service offers fully insured personal collection by one of our Team, who photograph and catalogue (external and internal images where appropriate) your watch whilst with you, and provide you with documentation, updates and imaging throughout the guaranteed 14 day turnaround period.*
